Our OFF-line (physical) SpiceMart has been successfully operating for more than 8 years.
Operating a traditional retail outlet has its challenges and joys. Retailing for us is a generational
vocation. Because retail is detail, every moment is an opportunity for surprise and learning. When the
opportunity for moving the SpiceMart ON-line was presented there was hesitation and worry since we
were moving into uncharted territories. Nevertheless, the experience has so far been rewarding. We do
